Private Pay

The cost of your initial, 60-minute intake appointment is $300. After your intake, rates start at $250 per 50-minute session,* due at the time of your appointment.
*For individuals who prefer longer sessions, the cost of therapy is prorated per 10-minute intervals. Limited extended hours (evenings + weekends) are available.
CVB Living accepts payment in the form of HSA/FSA cards and credit cards. ​

Out of Network

Please note that CVB Living is out of network with all insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid.

We can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. ​More information on superbills can be found here.
